Wow, I made the mistake of peeking in on a few of the iPad/OS Reddits and my eyebrows got singed by proximity to some of the heated debates on the iPad becoming more Mac-like. I have never understood why some people get so riled up by other people getting what they want, despite it being completely optional for them—i.e. they can continue using their iPads the same way as before, just don’t turn on the new windowing options.

I guess their vision of iPad-topia is being sullied somehow? 🤷‍♂️

Edit: well, it does seem they have a valid gripe about losing their “slide over” feature? But I bet Apple will bring it back before beta is over if they complain enough. That’s part of what the beta is for, after all.
