How's everyone doing?
I've been rather busy recently, so I haven't had the time to get on here.
Firstly, who of us are still around? It's good to see a number of us still around, although Kuma seems to be AWOL; we're missing the innuendoes!

ZenBook Duo
The ASUS ZenBook Duo (2025) has been serving me well. The battery life isn't great and I'd even say bad when using two displays (no surprise). The keyboard occasionally has a spaz out, but can be quickly fixed. The docks I have to use are temperamental with it and really don't like the dual displays.
The MPP is atrocious. I can barely use it even with stroke smoothing. I draw on other devices and transfer it over it's so unusable. Not to mention the included stylus just straight up died.
Then there's the USB drivers. I think I've borked the Android drivers on my Windows install as Android devices all immediately disconnect.
All that said, the provided laptops are so bad, having the ZenBook is great in comparison.
Fold 6
My Fold 6's inner display went despite the fact that I don't open it much. Samsung very quickly repaired it at no cost though. I still have an insurance policy that I'll use to get a renewed device before it's up.
I don't use the stylus as much as I'd like and the case I have that holds the stylus well breaks quite easily (I have had three break now - over £100's worth!) and I suspect is scratching the phone.
The cameras could be better, but they are still good.
Otherwise the Fold 6 has served me very well and has been worth the investment. I still eye up the Sony Xperia phones every now and then though. Samsung Active Tab 3
Yeah, it's getting old and is quite slow. With the case on, it's also quite bulky. The small display does mean I use it less now. The camera is good enough. The Tab 5 has been downgraded to USB 2, so doesn't support display out, and therefore wired DeX isn't a option. I use DeX on the Tab 3 occasionally and it's very handy.
In use the battery life is fine. The standby is absolutely atrocious though and I can't find out why.
Wacom Movinkpad 11
The writing and drawing feel is sublime. The display is just the right size too. The stylus top comes loose and little and only a few apps support all the buttons, so I've swapped to a Kindle Scribe one that fits in the case.
Speaking on the case, the cover is cheap and gets filthy easily. The body part is fine.
For my uses, the biggest issues are the camera which I have no idea where Wacom found such a terrible one, and the lack of Miracast.
The battery life is fantastic, especially in standby, and while not the most computationally powerful, there's only a slight lag switching between 3-5 apps.
Samsung Tab S11?
Considering the lack of Miracast support and atrocious camera, for notetaking and presentation I'm considering getting this. The bog-bottom one can be had a for fair price even compared to old models.
Fujitsu Quaderno Gen 3?
I'm very tempted to import the A4 one from Japan. Yeah, yeah, it is PDF only and transferring files to and from it is convoluted. I also don't really need it...
And that's a wrap on my 'tabletpc' update.

Man, M$ still can't get it's acts together to fix WoA. The SP12 I got from work has been having all sorts of problems. The most annoying been that it stopped working with the USB Epson printer in my office (dedicate driver problem). Most times I open office apps and they crash. This happens when I'm in a rush to use the device. The only upside to the SP12 is the good battery life.
