Early Prime Deals
Amazon has a bunch of Kindle deals in a Pre-Prime Day sale. For Prime members.
I’m not in the market for a Kindle, but part of the sale is three months free of Audible so I grabbed that. I don’t normally keep the subscription beyond the free period and simply enjoy the free audiobooks, but occasionally I get hooked for a while so I suppose they don’t lose money on me.
Unfortunately, the free Kindle Unlimited deal isn’t offered to those Prime members like me who already have a current subscription. It would have been nice to extend it for free. 🤷♂️

There are a relatively small amount of actual sales during this time. It honestly makes me want to no longer support some companies, and Amazon as a whole.
I've had a set of speakers in my wishlist on Amazon for a few months. I noticed 2 weeks ago they went up in price by $40. Sure enough, Prime Day comes around and they're at a "Prime Day" discount of $50. So the real discount is $10. Wheeeee.
I feel like most deals are like this in the last few years, and either Amazon is unaware, or doesn't care, but it's pretty predatory if you ask me.
