The Surface hardware will be announced "sometime next month" and by then I will complete my jump of the shark. I've told the two Surface owners I know about the contest for a Surface Laptop. That said, I think it's ridiculous that it is a laptop and not a tablet, and that it's not available for general sale --- dedicate the proceeds to a charity?
