Mentioned it to my son (who may need to replace his Surface Book 2 (unlike his old man, he's okay w/ NTrig). That said, I find the best option is just to have one of each (Mac/Windows) and switch back-and-forth as necessary (but my life/workflow is pretty much all public/online --- I just synch to Github/Gitbook or work with the files there --- I keep wondering if I could do a home server to the same effect....).
